"Transcendence" Cascade 36 for sale $30,000
by Michael Mc Laughlin
Due to illness we have to sell 'Transcendence', a Cascade 36.
This is a very fine comfortable small cruiser setup for single-handed sailing.
Current Price: US$ 30,000. Offers invited. (07/16)
Located in Nanny Cay, British Virgin Islands
Hull Material: Fiberglass. Back in the 1970’s a lot of fiberglass was used and in 'Transcendence' it’s fiberglass webbing that’s used. No chopped strand matt. Immensely strong.
The Cascade 36 is an exceptional small cruiser. 'Transcendence' has sailed from Portland to Mexico, through the Panama Canal, across the Atlantic and back to the Caribbean. One has even circumnavigated and another won the TransPac race in 2006. The build quality is really wonderful, so a safe and strong boat...
In particular the Cascade 36 is very sea kindly making passages comfortable.
'Transcendence' has been well cared for with modern electronics, and comes fully equipped with loads of spares and tools too.
