Ocean Mandalay, a Fountaine Pajot Belize (owners version) for Sale

This is a 2002 Belize Maestro (owners version) a very fast and smooth sailing catamaran. Ocean Mandalay was made in France (220v), sailed in the Med then across the Atlantic to the US and down the coast to her current home in Bocas del Toro, Panama. Paradise and a beautiful boat, what could be better?

With the many conversions this is the perfect live-aboard. The large salon feels even bigger with a coffee table rather than large dining table. It is easy to get around the sofa and having a place to put your feet up, makes it feel like home. The sofa has 2 sets of washable fitted slip covers for the bottom cushions and back pillows. The salon and galley windows have Phifertex shade screens to help keep the boat cool. There are also interior curtains for privacy and added shade. There is also a small sun/rain shade on the bow which allows you to keep the salon windows open when there is light rain. The galley has Adler Barber refrigeration systems, a three burner stove top and an oven.

The Navigation station has a VHF radio, Raymarine HD HybridTouch Radar/Chart Plotter, Raymarine wind instrument and depth meter. SSB radio hook up. (current radio died), GPS.

The hard top for the cockpit was added in 2004 and has a full dodger enclosure so you stay nice and dry. It really increases your living area on those rainy days. The dodgers can also be attached to the life lines on sunny days to allow for maximum air flow and shade. There are seat cushions and throw pillows for the entire bench seating in the cockpit. There are 2 extra folding chairs so you can easily fit 6 around the dining table.

The master bed has been converted to a King while retaining access to the storage area beneath the bed. The lounging sofa has been replaced with shelves, a.k.a. shoe storage, and bench seating added.

The forward berth has been turned into a pantry and workshop. The port side of the hull has shelving for dry goods secured with shock cord. There is a shelf towards the bow for the 35 quart Dometic freezer and tool storage underneath. It's also a nice step to get into the Port side crew quarter. On the starboard side of the hull is a work bench with vice and cubbies for storage also secured with shock cord.

There are also several spare parts, pumps, winch parts, fans, tools, and much more.

I love this boat but need to sell so I can divorce my husband.
