Stop looking. You’ve found it. This wonderful pocket cruiser/racer is ready to go. You don’t have to do anything. Just turn the key and sail away.

This Cal 27 Mk III is in great shape and comes with an even better pedigree. The Cal brand is a popular line, well known and in high demand in the secondary market. Great for day sailing, long weekends and even an extended cruise. Sailed exclusively in fresh water up and down and across Lake Michigan visiting many harbors and fun destinations.

Safe and fast. You will not find it wanting. Get to your destination quickly and in style. Easily single-handed, but sleeps up to 6 and comes with everything you need to begin your next adventure with plenty of room for the entire family. Head has sliding doors to provide privacy.

The boat has been completely updated. All new running rigging, new compass, new autopilot, new upholstery and many accessories. No soft spots. The boat has a full fiberglass liner top and bottom. That makes her quiet and dry. No leaks or condensation. The hatch wood trim and tiller have been coated with epoxy and varnish to protect them from water and UV damage.

The 1GM10 Yanmar diesel is in mint condition. The engine has been fully maintained with an oil change and new oil and fuel filters. The bottom received a new barrier coat and bottom paint in Spring 2019. The boat was not in the water this year so the paint is ready for her next launch.

She’s ready to sail away next spring for some watery adventures. Located in Waukegan, Illinois and ready for inspection. Check it out now. It won’t be available for long.
