'Gdynianin', a Roberts 28, 33ft steel ketch cutter, pilot house and dual steering.

Strong and charming. Have been sailed through the Bass Straight, coastal and open water. Upgraded for singlehanded sailing. Ready for living aboard / cruising with some work to keep occupied. Currently in Davao, Philippines.

Hull: full keel steel. Have been scrubbed regularly. Otherwise would need new antifouling. 4 anodes, 2 need replacement.

Engine: 25HP Lombardini 450h. Fuel tank 350L. +130L with fuel tanks on deck.
Hydraulic dual steering.

Water tank: 2x200L. Water filter + one spare new. +40L on deck

Sails: Genoa (110-120%) on roller furling, removable forestay for staysail / stormsail, mainsail with 2 reefs, mizzen. Main boom equipped with port & starboard preventer. Single handling system on the pilot house so hoisting/dropping/reefing every sails can be done from the cockpit. 4 winches self tailing in the cockpit + 1 self tailing for the single handling system + 1 on the mizzen mast + 1 self tailing on the main mast. All Lewmar. Spinaker pole.

4 anchors: 1 Manson Supreme 45Lb/20Kg - 3 CQR (2 stainless) 50m chain 8mm + 30m line. Extra 30m chain + 10m stainless. Manual windlass.

Mooring line: made from 100m x 14mm nylon 1 year old. Around 60m of extra line polyester 14mm from last owner.

Storage all around the cockpit + very large one at the stern. Large storage on 2 levels in the V berth which can be extended to a large one bed. Many storages inside.

Polysterene 50mm insulation.

Toilet with curtain.

Inflatable 2.8m dinghy (leaks) + 8Hp Suzuki outboard (fly wheel must be replaced).

6 fenders.

4x manual inflatable PFD 150 as new + 2 air cartridges 1x manual inflatable PFD 100 as new. 3x old type PFD 100. 3x harness as new. 2 man buoys.

Epirb with GPS (registered, 1 year old).

Iridium GO! With external antenna (in waterproof box, as new).

4 extinguishers, 4 Flares (1 year old), V sheet, alphabet flags, Spare retractable oars.

Bilge pumps 3700 GPH (on auto/manual switch) + 2060 GPH (T fitting missing to connect the last one. Separate auto/manual switch provided, not connected yet).

Sea anchor.

New plotter AIS class B on dedicated new VHF aerial. Support C-MAP charts. (Old plotter stored as still working).

External wifi deph sounder on pole at the stern.

VHF.

Autopilot (have stopped working recently, need to be checked).

Bosuns chair.

Autoradio.

2x 200W solar panels connected to MPPT Victron controller (bluetooth) 6 month old + portable 80W solar panel.

Wind vane (need fix as it provide low voltage).

Inverter 1x 600W modified signal + 1x 1500W/3000W pure signal (not connected).

Battery: Engine bank 2x50A, House bank#1 2x100A, House bank#2 6x200A (3 way 200A switch provided, not connected).

Fridge Waeco CF 40L (1 year old). I have studied to install it under the stairs between the pilot house and the living area.

Manual tap in the kitchen. The one in the bathroom have been removed.

LED everywhere connected to dimmers. White/red light in the cockpit. 2x Mast light.

3 LPG tanks, total 10Kg (enough for at least 2 or 3 months). Gaz alarm in the kitchen. Several gaz fittings.

Water hose and electrical extension lead.

3 snorkeling set, 2 fins set, 1 female diving suit (fits me, male slim 1.85m). Fishing gear.
