This Capital Yachts Newport 28 Sailboat is for sale with 15hp gas outboard. She is Liveaboard ready, and docked very close to Baltimore Inner Harbor.

When I (Louie Andracchio) purchased her in 2019, I threw away all old cushions and replaced with thick foam.

Couches have covers, v-berth/bed is just new 3 foam that I put fresh sheets on when in use. It works very well.

She's in good condition for her age. She's stocked and ready for sail. Just moving soon and have to let her go THIS MONTH, hence the low asking price.

She's a good vessel and in an amazing spot right at the mouth of the Chesapeake, and in a very cool section of Baltimore with a good nightlife and lots of shops.

Only two previous owners, both of which I knew and trusted.

Issues:

Masthead light not functional. All other lights are fine. Masthead probably just needs new bulb, never got around to replacing it because I never sail at night.
Tiny V-Berth leak near anchor hatch but happens randomly. Not structural problem at all. I didn't see any water after multiple days of rain last week.
Depth sounder not functional, but brand new one in box is included with sale. Never bothered me as I just use a charting app and the bulk of the area is very safe with depth.

Shes a good vessel and has been good to me. It makes me sad to sell her, but it is necessary due to commute.

Slip Fees: $307 per month with shore power and water included. There are probably cheaper slips very close by, as this slip's price was recently raised.

NADA Value listed at $14,775 - I'm asking less than half of that!
