Irwin's designs are known for being easy to sail shorthanded with more space above and below deck than you will find on most other yachts of the same size. Charter companies throughout the Caribbean have used Irwin yachts for 30 years for their simplicity, spaciousness, and easy-to-maintain fiberglass decks.

Currently in French Polynesia on a regularly checked mooring—with all taxes fully paid and the option to stay indefinitely—'Alila' is ready to be your next safe, self-sufficient, and adventure-ready home on the water.

Why 'Alila' Stands Out:

If you are serious about cruising the world in comfort and safety, and are looking for a proven world-class circumnavigation yacht, then 'Alila' is not to be missed.

Few boats have the level of redundancy and upgrades that we have put on 'Alila'. She offers amazing comfort and can be sailed by two people easily in any weather condition. All lines run into the cockpit, and she has 2 large electric winches and a manual winch on the mast.

Irwin 54, 'Alila', dining al fresco'Alila' is the only Irwin 54 with a unique and charming covered dining area on the aft deck.

She has enormous space both topside and down below, and has been well taken care of.

  • Self-sufficient for months – designed for long-term, off-grid cruising
  • Easy single-handed sailing – perfect for solo adventurers or families
  • Bright, spacious interior – comfortable living spaces with excellent natural light
  • Workspaces for digital nomads – stay connected with Starlink while exploring the world
  • Meticulously maintained – fully equipped and ready to sail today
